01 / CONTENT-DRIVEN WEBSITE

A distinct visual identity. Content that responds to a simple set of rules.

The design challenge
Bring weekly astrology readings, a guidance library, and zodiac cards into one cohesive page, with less routine content selection.
What Flex IT built
A custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript website with a night-sky palette, a CSS mandala, and a card layout that stacks on smaller screens.
How the content works
The browser selects a stored reading by calendar week. Guidance comes from a curated library, with a refresh every five minutes while the page is open and auto-mode is on. Visitors can also refresh it manually.
Why that pattern matters
The same idea—approved content plus a defined rule—can help a business rotate announcements or feature the right service without choosing each message by hand.

This earlier project demonstrates the type of dynamic functionality now offered through ACTIAS LUNA™. It predates the brand; its current implementation uses browser-based rules, not AI generation or a server-side daily publishing job.

3. Agree on automation and additional work

Monthly automation plans cover operation and maintenance of the agreed feature set. Initial implementation and new automations require a separate quote; they are not unlimited custom development. We confirm suitability, implementation cost, schedule, and support scope before you commit.

Minor content changes mean small edits to existing text, images, pricing, or announcements within the current design. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, ecommerce, major layout changes, migrations, and advanced integrations are separately quoted.

Additional website updates

Approved minor content edits beyond a plan allowance, or without a plan; billed in 30-minute increments. Development work is quoted separately.

Website terms

Payment. Website builds require a 50% deposit; balance due before launch. Optional monthly plans are billed in advance. House-call minimums do not apply. Existing customer agreements continue under their agreed terms unless a change is mutually agreed.

Domain ownership and fees. Domains are registered in your name. Connection/configuration oversight is not domain registration. Registration and renewal fees are paid directly by you or disclosed separately as a pass-through cost.

Third-party costs. Paid APIs, AI usage, premium plugins, databases, premium hosting, business email, paid form services, ecommerce platforms, licensed assets, and paid data are separate. We agree on those costs before use; standard plans do not absorb unlimited third-party expenses.

Scope and support. Corrections to delivered website work are included for 30 days after launch. Copywriting, stores, and custom functionality are quoted separately. Basic search setup does not guarantee rankings. Monitoring depends on the agreed tools and is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

Scope and additional work. Flat prices cover only the listed tasks and limits. We confirm suitability before booking and obtain approval before additional charges. Complex mesh systems, data recovery, email migration, new cloud organizations and POS inventory imports require a separate quote. Electrical work, new in-wall cabling, mounting, and security or alarm-system contracting are outside the services listed here.

Ready for your appointment. Please have working equipment, active internet and account access available. Data transfers exclude failing drives, application migration and recovery. Device setup covers configuration only; equipment and subscriptions are customer-supplied unless quoted separately.

Travel and priority service. Travel is included within 15 driving miles of Dracut. Beyond that, $1 per additional round-trip mile, quoted in advance. Same-day priority: add $75, subject to availability. After-hours and emergency work quoted separately.

Payment and packages. Cash, credit/debit via Square, Venmo or Zelle. Payment is due at completion. Packages require a 50% booking deposit, applied to the total; cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided before payment.

Senior discount. Age 65+: 10% off standard residential labor, including the visit minimum. Excludes packages, travel and priority fees. Mention when booking.
